We have been full-time residents of the area for over 25 years, with family roots in the area stretching back over four generations.  Over the past two and a half decades of living in this region, Ken has worked as a physician in his own private practice and Jennifer as the Director of Operations for a national healthcare organization.  Our time here has been devoted to raising and educating our two children, as well as meticulously restoring our 1920’s Craftsman Style home. In addition to our interest in home renovation and design, we enjoy the many outdoor pursuits that make this region popular with residents and visitors alike.

We share a passion for helping others, have high standards in customer satisfaction and exceptional service.  We bring these qualities to serve you and to find solutions for any challenges that may occur.   Our experience as both homeowners and property owners affords us a perspective that is well suited to the needs and challenges associated with managing these things simultaneously and often from a distance.  Our goal is to draw upon our own experiences to provide security and peace of mind for homeowners while they are away from home.
