Is Assurance Home Watch NEPA a house-sitting service?

No. We are a professional service that schedules regular visits to your property while you are away and sends you a report on the status of your home. Accredited members of the the National Home Watch Association are trained to locate and report on issues observed home and property. Alternately, house-sitting is when a person physically lives in the home during your absence. House-sitters usually do not have a business license and do not carry any insurance for any damages that may occur.

Why do I need a home watch service?

Home Watch service is designed to give you peace of mind while you are away from your home, property or business. We are a professional, bonded, insured and accredited company that will do a thorough inspection of your property looking for any potential problems or concerns. What is the cost of a home watch visit?

That is a very good question! The cost of our service varies depending on the specific needs of our clients. We will need to review the details of your home or property, as well as any other specific service requests. Once we understand the the clients’ needs, we can provide a proper quote for our services. Our goal is to provide our clients with exceptional service in the most cost effective way!

How will I know if there is a problem?

Assurance Home Watch will monitor your property regularly and report any issues to you immediately. We utilize fully functional, GPS enabled software and complete a custom inspection report along with detailed photos with each visit. Upon completion of the visit, the detailed report is electronically sent to the client.

Can I customize my Home Watch services?
