Exterior Inspections
A complete visual inspection of your home looking for any signs of damage, vandalism, forced entry and/or any other abnormal conditions.
The inspection will include, but not strictly be limited to the following:
Remove any trash or debris
Examining and securing windows, door & screens
Inspecting and securing any garages, barns or sheds, pools, spas and boat docks
Inspecting any exterior HVAC units
Check for any pest or animal infestation
Checking for mail and/or delivered packages
Pre & Post Storm Inspection
Winter storms can frequently result in damage due to excessive snow and ice accumulation. Less commonly, our area may experience hurricanes and tornadoes. We will send out an email notifying all clients that a severe storm warning has been issued for our area.
At your request, we will perform a pre-storm inspection and take any necessary measures to prepare for severe weather. All client properties will receive a post-storm inspection in order to detect any visible signs of damage and a storm report will be furnished including photo documentation of any issues detected.
Interior Inspections
A complete inspection of the interior of your home looking for any signs of damage, disturbance, leaks or pest infestation.
The inspection will include, but not necessarily be limited to the following:
Examining and securing windows, doors and locks
Checking all plumbing for leaks or frozen pipes
Briefly running the water in all sinks and toilets
Confirming that the HVAC system is functioning properly
Checking the breaker box and electrical system
Additional Services
Seasonal home openings and closings
Meeting with contractors/service providers
Monitoring progress of construction projects
Package acceptance & mail forwarding
Seasonal maintenance such as leaf & snow removal
Monitoring community and organizational properties
